I’ve been contemplating doing this for some time after a discussion with a client who was shocked at all that went into my prices, she even said “you should tell people that!” LOL. SO I guess now I am! I’ve read a few other photographers blogs that broke down the prices, but I figured I…

I love this shot of Olivia, the way she is investigating this little flower pretty much defines Innocent Wonder. If you would like to see more of Olivia’s session go here –> Rockford NC Family…

This year I am going to start submitting images to the I Heart Faces challanges. I figured it would be a great way to challange myself! This week is the Best of 2010 Faces. Although I have lots of favorites from this year, this is my favorite “face” image! Enjoy!

beautifully said, brooke! beautifully said…
Don’t forget the gas it took you to get to the session, especially now that it’s $3/gallon. Or if something comes up and you have to pay someone to watch your kids.
After doing all the paperwork for taxes, I realized I only made $85 last year. So it’s definitely not a get rich quick scheme.
You are exactly right!!I totally forgot about gas! I’ll add that
Yeah, I’m afraid to even look at mine for this year yet. I need to make sure everything from December is correct before I do it. With everything I purchased last year (2 new lenses, photoshop and lightroom) I’m not even worried about how much I “made” I’m more concerned about how much I lost! LOL The great thing is that I’m more aware of it this year, so I’m hoping to make a profit for 2011!
Great article!!!!!! Going to make one for my own blog
Thanks for the AMAZING idea, I always was afraid to present this to my clients this way .but you put it beautifully !
Thanks! Feel free to share it!
I was a little worried too honestly, but I think it needs to be out there.
